Request personal-data removal

If you cannot sign in, or want removal of information outside your account such as a booking enquiry, email obxssd@gmail.com from your account email when possible. Include your username and the data you want removed. Never include your password. We may need to verify your identity.

This opens your email app. Your request is only sent when you send the email.

What is removed & what remains

Self-service deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, username, download request records and promotional preferences stored with those records. Public aggregate play counts remain; they are not an account history. Saved music files stay on your device. Previously delivered emails, analytics records and information held by other services are not automatically erased by this action; include those in your personal-data request. No fixed retention deadline is promised here.
